Synergy Do you need it?

I know Mord is gonna be all over this. I elect him to be in charge of this LOL. See what kinda crafters we got and make some cool stuff.

I have Woodworking 72, and Gold at 52 or 54.

i aint got anything high. My clothcraft is only 50 i think. I have to check, and my leathercraft is only 20

but you are going to need to do a quest to start crafting:

here is the quest:

• Head to Metalworks in Bastok Markets and speak with Hildolf (F-.
  
• After the CS, he will ask for a Earth Crystal, a Flint Stone, a Mythril Sand and a Brass Tank.

1. Buy a couple of Pickaxes (2-3 will suffice).*LIES I BROKE THE FIRST 3 PICKAXES WITH FULL WORKER SET ON. PLEASE TAKE MORE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO GO BACK TO GET ANOTHER PICKAXE!)
   
2. Head to the Palborough Mines located in North Gustaberg at (K-3).
   
   
   1. If you are of a low level, you may want to bring Silent Oils or a high level friend to prevent aggro from Quadavs.

3. Upon entering Palborough Mines, locate a Mythril Seam point (one is located at (F-7) on the first floor of the area) and mine for Mine Gravel by trading the Pickaxes to the point.
   
   
   1. It may take several attempts to obtain a Mine Gravel.
      
   2. If you receive the message "You find a chunk of mine gravel,
      but your pickaxe breaks in the process." you were able to successfully
      mine the gravel.

4. Once you obtain a Mine Gravel, go to (I- and take the elevator to the third floor.
   
5. Trade the Mine Gravel to the Refiner, located in Palborough Mines on (I-6), Third Floor.
   
6. Pull the lever next to it to activate it and the machine will commence the process.
   
7. Drop down the ledge located on the left side of the Refiner, and pull the bottom lever to obtain the sand.
   

• Return to Hildolf and trade him the 4 items.
  
• After the CS, he will present you with a Synergy Crucible
  
  
  
  • In layman's terms, you are now a certified Synergist.

if you have cooking or alchemy up you can start doing the simple crafts to level synergy.

synergy is like fishing in which you have to do adjustments to the furnace while you are crafting items. the cost for this craft is the items and the refilling of the fewell. 100 gil per unit used. the crafts that have only 1 crafting skill needed to synth have higher requirements of elemental fewell that you have to achieve.

Alchemy 88? dude you can so get rich....you can synth Hakutaku eye clusters for Optical Hat pop. I dont know how much the items cost but dude it sells for 200k+ anyway thought i would share. I bought my eye clusters for 300k (><)..... CHA-CHING!!!!!

anyone know anything about that really really badass looking sword yet?

oh and yea i can make them too and the eyes you need you can find for as low as 10k if you wait for a good deal instead of go on a hunt to find them as soon as possible so roughly you spend 50k to make it but it doesnt sell too often.. i want to get the hat myself but i rarely see anyone shouting to do the fight
